Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) to oversee engineering, maintenance and safety in line with established plans, SOPs, contracts and regulatory requirements. This role also involves housekeeping, cleaning and grounds maintenance to uphold high facility management standards.

You will plan and coordinate O&M activities per contracts, supervise admin, finance, procurement and safety with strong leadership, verify technical documents, and ensure scheduled

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Background in Operations & Maintenance within Hospitals or equivalent facilities.
• Strong leadership, contractor/vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage Operations & Maintenance activities of Projects according to contracts agreement.
• Oversee administration, finance, procurement, IT, safety, and quality functions, while maintaining strong leadership to manage company’s business with highest integrity & deliverables to meet customer satisfaction.
• Verify technical documents, inspections, work orders, and asset registers, ensuring all maintenance works (PPM, RI, CM) are completed as scheduled.
• Guide staffs in safe operations, and enforce health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Manage contractors and vendors according to contracts, and subcontract jobs at various sites and ensure contractors deliver quality jobs with safety compliance
• Prepare, review, and submit reports, proposals, and budgets to meet KPI and corporate deadlines.
