Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Facilities Soft Services Intern to support daily operations and vendor coordination within our workplace. You will gain hands-on experience in janitorial, pantry, events, landscaping, and transport services while contributing to safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with opportunities to participate in a Learning Series and company events. Pursue a relevant degree and apply to join the Dexcom Game Changers program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Day-to-Day Operations: monitor and coordinate soft services like janitorial, waste management, pantry, cafeteria, events, landscaping, pest control, transportation and lockers.
• Vendor Coordination: liaise with external service providers and track performance.
• Administrative Support: document work orders, manage inventory and assist in coordinating activities.
• Customer Service: address employee queries and improve the user experience within the facility.
• Improvements Projects: assist with ad-hoc projects and propose new ideas for soft services.
