You will develop strategies, oversee compliance, manage capital projects, and analyze performance data to optimize costs and space utilization while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate facilities with strong vendor management and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.

Position Overview :

As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll serve as the strategic operational leader responsible for ensuring our clients' facilities operate seamlessly, efficiently, and safely. This role centers on developing and implementing comprehensive facility management strategies that optimize building performance while enhancing the experience of everyone who works within these spaces. You'll oversee daily operations including maintenance programs, vendor relationships, compliance protocols, and space utilization initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies that align with client objectives and organizational goals
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building monitoring systems
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for service providers and contractors
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Manage capital projects from planning through completion, including space renovations and infrastructure improvements
• Analyze facility data and metrics to identify optimization opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace strategy and space utilization projects
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on facility performance, budget utilization, and operational metrics

Qualifications & Experiences :

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate environments
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes
• Solid understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance requirements
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Experience working with corporate clients in a service provider capacity
