Job summary

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree with 1-2 years of job-related experience, Chargeman certification, and the physical ability to lift/carry heavy loads. This position offers the chance to work with a leading global commercial real estate services company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience, or combination of experience and education.
• Must meet physical requirements for lifting/carrying 50 lbs or more.
• Follow basic routines and standards in work application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose, and make repairs.
