Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. You will supervise a team, coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, and external vendors, manage spare parts and costs, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring compliance with safety standards and SOPs.

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance/engineering experience in manufacturing.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Working knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS.
• Understanding of safety regulations and statutory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders with minimal disruption.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coach performance.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse, QA and external vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on performance and costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
