Job summary

TPGR SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to ensure the day-to-day operation of HVAC, AV, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, boiler and plumbing systems at our resort facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and coordinate with M&E staff to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires practical knowledge of air-conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to handle emergency repairs and support event setups.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and reactive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to inspect and repair air handling units, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
• Willingness to coordinate with M&E staff and respond to emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations across HVAC, AV, Electrical & Mechanical, Carpentry, Boiler and Plumbing sections.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to work orders from various departments.
• Assist superior on repairs and coordinate with other M&E staff; attend emergency calls.
• Check and adjust air handling units, refrigerant levels, leakage, and belt tension.
• Set up sound, video, P.A. systems for events and maintain audio equipment.
• Ensure boiler plants operate normally; monitor water treatment, log boiler data, and perform routine checks.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing networks including piping, drainage, and sewage; respond to burst-pipe incidents.
• Provide carpentry/painting support to resort buildings; supervise external contractors.
