Job summary

Bosch Malaysia, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the Facility Management and Security functions for the Batu Kawan site. You will ensure reliable, safe and cost-efficient operations of the site’s infrastructure, facilities and security systems.

You will oversee maintenance, planning and development of concepts for extensions, manage outsourced providers, and coordinate with production teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or FM discipline.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years leading technical teams, contractors and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety and ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facility Management and Security to ensure reliable, safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee technical infrastructure, spaces and services including cleaning and catering.
• Be the first contact for internal customers with regular communication on operations.
• Ensure compliance with authorities and environmental regulations across the site.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance per Bosch guidelines and local codes.
• Supervise outsourced service providers per company policies.
• Coordinate facility operations for PgP5 and maintain up-to-date documents.
• Collaborate on ISO 16949/EMS ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001 initiatives with HSE.
• Align with PgP1 on policies and deploy maintenance competences for PgP5.
