Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and ongoing mobility.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.
• Support energy management to improve efficiency of systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Share knowledge with teammates and mentor others.
• Lead by example in CBRE's RISE values.
• Explain complex or sensitive information when necessary.
