Job summary

IOI Corporation in Segamat, Johor invites applications for a Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office and canteen areas. The role covers floor care, waste removal, toilet sanitation, window cleaning, and basic hospitality tasks for visitors. You will work with minimal supervision and support health and safety standards.

Experience as a cleaner is preferable; candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with staff at all levels in a Malaysian workplace.

Qualifications

• Working experience as Cleaner is preferable.
• Able to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Able to communicate to all level staffs
• Able follow health and safety standards
• Hardworking and pay attention to details
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping of all office areas.
• Responsible for removing trash from the pantry and workstations.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of toilets daily
• Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
• Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
• Preparing and serving drinks, especially tea and coffee, and light snacks to visitors as needed
• Required to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen when there is no canteen operator.
• Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
• Any other task assigned by Superior and/or the Company.
