Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Facilities & Administration Manager to lead the site facilities, administration and workplace services. You will oversee buildings, utilities, cleanrooms, maintenance, vendor contracts and safety programs to ensure reliable, compliant operations aligned with business growth.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HSE, HR, Finance and IT to optimize site performance. A Bachelor’s or Diploma in a related field and 7–10 years of relevant experience are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in facilities, administration, site services or workplace management.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial or similarly complex operating environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and operation of company facilities.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cleanroom and utility systems.
• Manage administration, workplace services, and site expansion projects.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and other functions for site operations.
