The role requires a mechanical engineering background, strong planning/leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and planning tools, with the ability to work under tight timelines.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in fabrication or production management.
• Experience in Thermoplastic fabrication is an advantage.
• Strong planning and coordination capabilities.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software.
• Ability to work under tight project schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage fabrication activities to meet project schedule.
• Coordinate production priorities and resource allocation.
• Monitor fabrication progress and provide status reports.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and installation readiness.
• Ensure workshop compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Support ad-hoc project requirements.
