Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Human Resources: Manage, motivate, and develop site employees; support recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily food service and catering operations; ensure quality service and presentation.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain high food safety standards and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Menu & Service Development: Collaborate with chefs to plan menus based on operations.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, costs, inventory, payroll, and reporting.
• Client & Customer Relations: Build relationships with clients and site management; address feedback.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare operational reports and liaise with suppliers and providers.
