Job summary

Initia Group SG is seeking a motivated F&B Service Intern for a 3 to 6 month internship, based at The Exchange TRX / KLGCC. You will support junior and senior colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction and a smooth dining experience under various department managers.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, food and beverage operations, and cash handling while developing professional skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Culinary, Hospitality or related course.
• Basic knowledge/experience in F&B roles is an advantage.
• Passionate about customer service and learning.
• Team player who is proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally.
• Take orders and suggest menu items.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables accurately.
• Assist cashier with billing processes.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and safety standards.
