Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a full-time F&B Server for the Lobby Lounge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a refined lounge setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English, Bahasa Malaysia, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages per Four Seasons standards and sequence of service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and daily specials.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Ensure tables and lobby lounge areas are clean and well organized.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and team members for seamless service.
• Assist with afternoon tea service, events, and seasonal promotions as required.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed‑use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209‑key Four Seasons Hotel and a six‑floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The F&B Server - Lobby Lounge is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a refined and welcoming lounge environment. This role delivers personalised, attentive, and efficient service while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong product knowledge, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that reflect the luxury service standards of Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.

• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with Four Seasons service standards and sequence of service.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverage selections, promotions, and daily specials.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests, inquiries, and concerns.

• Ensure tables, service stations, and the Lobby Lounge area are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards.

• Process guest checks and payments accurately following hotel policies and procedures.

• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Assist with afternoon tea service, special events, and seasonal promotions as required.

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring:

• Poses an affinity for guest service.

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to use the Micros Operating System is an advantage.

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
