Job summary

MJ Brew Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of F&B outlets across Klang Valley. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and handle minor repairs on restaurant and kitchen systems.

The role requires basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge, willingness to travel between outlets, and the ability to respond to occasional emergency breakdowns. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, commercial kitchen or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to troubleshoot independently.
• Own transport and able to travel between outlets within Klang Valley.
• Willing to attend occasional emergency breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Service restaurant equipment, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• Attend to basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues.
• General handyman repairs for store fixtures and facilities.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns when required.
• Coordinate with specialist contractors for major repairs.
