Metro Excel Resources in Malaysia (Selangor/Sepang) is hiring for a front-of-house hospitality role. You will greet customers, take orders and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

The ideal candidate has good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication and a customer‑oriented approach. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided for a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite and customer-oriented.
• Able to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Must comply with food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and process orders efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter and kitchen/work area.
• Ensure food, beverages and service areas are properly stocked.
• Check food quality, presentation and portion sizes before serving.
• Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
