Job summary

Owndays Malaysia is seeking motivated associates to perform retail sales at our outlets, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers choose eyewear that fits their needs.

Extensive training will be provided. You will dispense and fit spectacles, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean, well-presented store. Language skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility to relocate to other outlets within Klang Valley.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and punctual.

Responsibilities

• To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia outlets.
• To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting eyewear.
• To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
