EssilorLuxottica in Malaysia is recruiting passionate Sales Associates for our retail brands. You will present eyewear ranges, manage opening, closing, merchandising and selling, and ensure a great customer journey.

You will meet daily sales targets, create engaging experiences, attract new customers, build relationships, and uphold brand image through styling and service. Training and compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and style eyewear.

• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily sales goals.
• Creating Engaging Experiences: Deliver a fun, straightforward, and stylish fashion experience for every guest, adhering to the Brand Rules.
• Driving Brand Awareness: Actively attract new customers daily, expanding our brand reach.
• Fostering Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with the customers.
• Upholding Brand Image: Model the Brand Style Dress Code, embodying our brand's aesthetic.
• Delivering Tailored Experiences: Ensure an outstanding customer experience by advising, styling eyewear and apparels.
• Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operating policies and procedures, including thorough training, timely execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns, accurate sales transactions, and effective use of sales strategies and resources.
• Ensuring Transactional Accuracy: Accuracy and precision in all guest transactions and interactions.
