Job summary

Onsight Optical in Mount Austin, Johor is seeking a Chinese-speaking Sales Assistant to join our optical retail team. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales while helping customers find eyewear solutions that suit their style and vision.

As part of the team, you will greet customers, advise on frames and lenses, handle transactions, and support the store with merchandising and administration.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience in optical or luxury goods preferred.
• Fluency in English and Malay.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Numeracy skills for cash and card transactions.
