Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage express claims within policy terms and conditions.
• Answer insured queries via email and phone.
• Review clients' situations to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Navigate claim processing systems with attention to data protection.
• Provide clear, concise, solution-focused communication to customers.
• Be compliant with data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake any other duty as reasonably allocated by management.
