About the Job
Distributor & Customer Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors and export customers.
  • Support distributors in maximizing sales performance to achieve company sales and profit targets.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner to foster trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Introduce and promote company products to expand sales in both existing and new export markets.
  • Monitor export retail sales operations to ensure timely delivery and collection of payments.
  • Review accounts receivable ageing reports to ensure adherence to payment terms.
  • Develop and implement annual, mid‑term, and long‑term marketing plans for assigned export markets.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including customer visits and market studies, to achieve sales targets.
  • Enhance brand awareness through social media initiatives, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns within approved budgets.
  • Analyse market conditions, including distribution channels, consumer insights, competitor activities, and regional characteristics.
  • Strengthen consumer product knowledge through the preparation of effective promotional materials and usage kits.
Product & Business Development Support
  • Support new product development initiatives and improvements to existing products, including concept development, packaging, and design.
  • Participate in cost‑reduction and product profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure accurate recording of expenses.
  • Prepare monthly sales and stock movement reports to prevent overstocking or stock‑out situations.
Supply Chain & SCM Support
  • Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and PSI‑related projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure sustainable and competitive export operations.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with all company systems and standards, including Food Safety & Quality, Environmental, Safety, Halal, and Food Defense requirements.
Travel & Other Responsibilities
  • Travel within assigned export markets as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors or the company from time to time.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years sales experience in any field; fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Dietary Flexibility: As this role requires sensory evaluation and handling of the full product range, candidates must have no dietary restrictions and no food allergies (specifically regarding seafood, dairy, nuts, or meat‑based products).
  • Must be willing to travel internationally and locally as required for trade shows or client visits.
