Job summary

Enda Group seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the aesthetics and ambient feel of our retail stores in Malaysia, with the aim of maximizing sales and footfall through compelling product displays.

You will plan window and in-store layouts, develop brand-aligned directives, coordinate with suppliers, manage budgets, and travel to stores for audits and updates. This role requires 4–6 years of experience and a relevant degree, with a keen eye for detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays and interior layouts.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, brand consistency and space utilization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store display and floor set changes and rotation per brand themes.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising directives and training for retail boutiques.
• Assist in designing promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and ensure timely, cost-effective implementation.
• Stay updated on consumer trends to inform store decisions.
• Collaborate with Store Design for layouts in new stores and remodels.
• Ensure quality through market visits and photo analysis.
