Job summary

EA SPORTS is seeking a passionate Experience Design Intern to contribute to FC Mobile's UI and player experiences during a 3-month internship starting January 2027. You will work with art and design teams to create flows, wireframes, and prototypes, reporting to the Art Director.

You will design across features, iterate on UI components, and explore new interaction ideas to improve usability and player joy in the game.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in visual design with an eye for typography, color and hierarchy.
Basic understanding of UX and interaction principles while playing digital products.
Proficient in Figma and familiar with Photoshop/Illustrator.
Hands-on experience with game engines or editors like Unity or Unreal.
Ability to communicate and validate ideas via flows, wireframes and mockups.
Curious about player behavior and capable of research before design work.
Open to feedback and able to iterate with the team.
Experience with motion design, 3D tools or advanced prototyping is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support design of player experiences and UI for FC Mobile across features and flows.
Create user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Explore interaction and visual solutions to improve usability and experience.
Create and refine UI components aligned with the game design system.
Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers to move designs from concept to implementation.
Review existing experiences and propose design improvements; identify pain points.
Explore new interaction patterns and motion concepts for future FC Mobile work.
