Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a materials coordinator to support production by coordinating, routing and handling materials in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

You will perform material release for product launches, backflush completed PMs, and expedite parts to resolve shortages while using SAP for material movements. Prior experience in manufacturing and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM 4 or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, and handle materials to meet production schedules.
• Execute material release for product launches for WO & Reservation.
• Perform system backflush for completed PM and troubleshoot issues.
• Expedite parts to remedy shortages (NCi, etc.).
• May ensure incoming materials are properly routed.
• May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet scheduled commitments.
• Perform SAP transactions for material movement and resolve issues.
• Expedite parts from WH to MFG Floor for urgent items.

Job description

Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.

Execute material release for product launching for WO & Reservation.

Perform system backflush for completed PM and troubleshooting in the system for any issues.

Expedites parts to remedy material shortage problems, NCi, and etc.

May ensure incoming materials are properly routed.

May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments in order to meet scheduled commitments.

Perform SAP transaction for material movement

Able to resolve issues with the transactions.

Expedite parts from WH to MFG Floor for urgent items

Who we're looking for:

Minimum SKM 4/Diploma in any Engineering and computer science field

Able to read, write and verbal communication skills in English

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment

Work 12-hour shifts in fast paced and time-sensitive environment in the clean room wearing full PPE.

Able to work in environment that require body movements in multiple positions

Use computer-based SAP data systems, applications, and Office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
