Job summary

Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (WSM) operates as a Waste Water Treatment Plant facility with responsibilities spanning daily performance monitoring, maintenance, and record-keeping within the plant premises in Selangor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science/Engineering or a Diploma with at least 3 years in WWTP operation, plus DOE competency training as an advantage; further opportunities include handling chemicals and maintaining equipment integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum Diploma in Science or Engineering or equivalent, with minimum experience at least 3 years in Waste Water Treatment Plant operation.
• Attended competency course / training organized by DOE is an added advantage.
• Certified as Competence Person by DOE is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• To countersign/ endorse the forms/ daily logs of performance monitoring data/ measurements.
• General maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant facility and compound.
• Walk through inspection of the Waste Water Treatment Plant facility.
• To conduct Performance monitoring of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
• Record keeping of Waste Water Treatment Plant operational data and maintaining logs.
• Operation and maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant equipment and instrumentation.
• Upkeep of spare parts inventory.
• Maintenance of chemical stocks.
• Performance of basic laboratory analysis.
• Upkeep of laboratory facilities.
• All activities conducted in theWaste Water Treatment Plant.
• Any other task assigned by superior as and when requires.
