Job summary

AEON in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive - Space, Range, & Display on a 1-year contract to coordinate space planning and ensure appealing product displays across stores.

You will prepare and maintain planograms, update databases for actionable reports, verify accuracy of product facing and positions, and support multi-site store operations through SOP-driven execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations/space planning.
• Experience with planograms and store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain planograms for store displays.
• Maintain operational effectiveness of planograms following SOP.
• Update databases for actionable Space, Range and Display reports.
• Identify space and adjust product facing/positions.
• Support multi-site store operations with customer-driven plans.

Prepare and maintain planograms that operationally simpler for stores and good display for customers.

Maintain the operational effectiveness of every planogram by following the SOP so that the products meet level run down effectively.

Update databases for actionable reports that support Space, Range, and Display processes.

Product planogram data that is recognized for its accuracy, quality and reliability.

Identify space and correct product facing / positions.

Ensure all planograms are build based on Customer Decision Tree

Working in a multi-site business with management experience of working in a customer driven and store operations environment.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in any related field.

1-3 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
