Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking an Executive - Space, Range, & Display on a 1-year contract. You will prepare and maintain planograms across stores, ensuring accurate product facing and adherence to SOPs to maximize sales and customer impact.

You will update actionable reports, manage data for Space, Range, and Display, and support multi-site store operations with a focus on customer-driven layouts and reliable planogram data.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any related field.
• 1-3 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain planograms for stores to optimize customer experience.
• Ensure planogram execution aligns with SOPs and drive product facing accuracy.
• Update databases for actionable reports supporting Space, Range, and Display.
• Identify space improvements and correct product facing/positions.
• Collaborate across multi-site stores to implement space planning strategies.

Prepare and maintain planograms that operationally simpler for stores and good display for customers.

Maintain the operational effectiveness of every planogram by following the SOP so that the products meet level run down effectively.

Update databases for actionable reports that support Space, Range, and Display processes.

Product planogram data that is recognized for its accuracy, quality and reliability.

Identify space and correct product facing / positions.

Ensure all planograms are build based on Customer Decision Tree

Working in a multi-site business with management experience of working in a customer driven and store operations environment.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in any related field.

1-3 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
