The Security & Admin Executive (Lead) is responsible for leading and directing all security operations, ensuring operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and effective crisis management.

Enforce and update company security policies and procedures.

Maintain all security systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm etc.).

Monitor daily security operations and address issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security’s best practices.

Investigate security incidents and resolve complaints.

Support crisis management program plan ( emergency escalation and evacuation responses ).

Conduct security briefings for staff and visitors.

Provide security training to new employees.

Liaise with external agencies (police, fire department, etc.).

Protect company assets, manage security records and budgets planning.

Handle ad hoc relevant tasks given by security or other departments

Requirement
  • Min Diploma and good English proficiency
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the Security industry
  • Good leadership and stakeholder handling
  • Good knowledge & experience with security systems
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decision
