A property development company in Kedah is seeking a Sales & Marketing personnel to drive sales and manage operations at the sales gallery. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, assisting purchasers, and preparing marketing activities. Willingness to travel and work weekends is essential, as well as the ability to meet sales targets effectively.
To drive sales for the project, implement marketing activities, managing daily operations and administration of the sales gallery & show unit.
Handle sales enquiries from walk-ins, incoming calls, online registrants and etc.
Assist purchaser(s) on matters pertaining to purchase of properties including providing advisory on loan
Responsible for collection of 1st 10% upon signing of Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Assist all preparation and executing for the sales launches, marketing activities and road shows.
Assist in planning of sales plan to achieve the company sales target within the time frame given.
Compile and conduct market research on the property market and monitor competitors’ activities.
Prepare and compile sales reports.
Update and maintain purchaser(s) database.
Duty in sales gallery operation & road shows.
Submitting and check the invoices on the marketing expenses.
Monitoring the marketing collateral(s) stock levels at the sales gallery and monitoring the show houses condition
Check all sales documents to be filled in completely and purchaser’s management
Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
At least 2 years working experiences in Sales & Marketing based in sales gallery with property developer graduate in Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
Resourceful in sourcing information and identifying suppliers.
Willing to travel and meet up with Purchaser(s) if necessary with own transport, work on Saturday and Sundays. Off day is on Weekday only.
Sales driven person & flexible to be–allocate working area to any area within North (Kedah & Penang)
Good interpersonal skill, well-versed with MS Office and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
