Job summary

Johor Specialist Hospital seeks an Executive, Operations & Hospital Strategy (Data Analytics) to deliver accurate data analytics, performance reporting, and business insights for monitoring hospital performance across the Southern Region. Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards and supporting operational decision-making through data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Finance or Economics.
• Experience in data analytics, hospital operations or performance reporting (1–3 years).
• Knowledge of KPI analysis, dashboards and data governance.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or BI tools; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and manage operational, clinical and financial data from multiple hospital systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and support management discussions.
• Monitor KPIs and assist in benchmarking across regional hospitals.
• Support automation and enhancement of reporting tools and processes.
