Job summary

DKSH Group in Petaling Jaya, MY, is seeking an Executive, Product Management to support marketing strategies across Haw Par Healthcare brands. The role focuses on budgeting, client relationships, and daily operations to grow brand impact.

You will monitor campaigns, manage trade marketing, and collaborate with Sales to fulfill monthly reports and supplier relationships. This is a hands-on marketing role within DKSH's HEC unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of finance and business management principles; marketing experience is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support management of brand P&L and MWB to optimize funds for awareness and sell-through.
• Track marketing activities: media, PR, events, product launches, POSM, and trade marketing.
• Assist in evaluating A&P strategies and recover pre-financing within terms.
• Manage inventory, trade returns; coordinate with Sales on trade claims within timelines.
• Prepare Joint Business Monthly Sales Reports for client reviews.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and client teams; ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate co-packing, issue POs, manage POS inventory, and oversee stock transfers.

About the Role

The Executive, Product Management supports the implementation of marketing strategies and activities for Haw Par Healthcare brands at DKSH, spanning advertising and promotions, product management, and trade marketing. This role contributes to brand growth and operational excellence by ensuring effective budget utilization, strong client relationships, and seamless day-to-day business operations.

What You Will Deliver

• Support the management of brand Profit and Loss (P&L) and monitor the approved Marketing Working Budget (MWB) to ensure optimal allocation of funds toward building brand awareness and driving sell-through for Haw Par Healthcare brands
• Track and monitor the implementation of marketing activities across brand building exercises including media advertising, Public Relations (PR), event sponsorships, and product launches, as well as trade marketing initiatives such as Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), in-store activities, promoters, and display stands, and consumer marketing programs including bundle buys, Gift with Purchase (GWP), Purchase with Purchase (PWP), and sampling
• Assist in tracking the implementation and effectiveness of Advertising and Promotion (A&P) strategies, and ensure pre-financing of marketing activities on behalf of clients is recovered within agreed terms
• Manage inventory levels and trade returns within contractual agreements, liaise with clients to secure full or partial funding for ad-hoc activities, and coordinate closely with the Sales team on marketing activity trade claims from retailers within stipulated timelines
• Prepare Joint Business Monthly Sales Reports for client reporting and business reviews, and build and maintain strong relationships with key external suppliers and assigned client teams
• Ensure smooth daily business operations for assigned clients, including coordinating co-packing activities, raising Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner, managing Point-of-Sale material inventory in the warehouse, and overseeing monthly branch transfers and Stock Transfer Order (STO) POs
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to support the update and creation of material master records, pricing, product hierarchy, and Master Labelling List documentationGather and report client operational results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined in service level agreements, and present findings at monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with clientsAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring
