• Assess/evaluate and propose credit applications diligently.
• Build rapport and relationship with chosen customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect Bank's image.
• Seek continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence and competitor checks.
• Comply with statutory requirements and sales compliance related to FSA, KYC, AMLA and internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times.
