Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Dealer Relationship Manager to drive growth with car dealers under your care. You will identify and recruit potential new dealers and develop strong partnerships to meet funding targets.

You will ensure complete loan documentation, provide efficient service to dealers and customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on sales activities while adhering to compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet allocated funding targets for car loan portfolios.
• Identify and recruit potential new car dealers from the area under your care.
• Develop and manage the relationship of car dealers assigned to you.
• Ensure documentation on all new loans sourced is complete and compliant.
• Provide efficient and prompt service to dealers and customers at all times.
• Actively participate in all sales activities and coordinate with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to sales compliance policies and company direction at all times.
