Jaya Grocer, a premier supermarket chain in Malaysia, seeks an HR professional to administer rewards, compensation and benefits. You will act as the first contact for SOCSO claims, conduct benchmarking, and support annual appraisals and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years HR-C&B experience.
• Strong data analysis and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer the employee medical insurance and outpatient benefit.
• Act as first contact for employee SOCSO benefit claims.
• Assist with salary and benefit benchmarking.
• Assist with annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus, and salary review exercise.
• Prepare compensation & benefits related reports/analysis as required.
• Support compensation/remuneration projects including design, communication and implementation of new plans.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Get to know the role:

This position will be responsible to administer and execute HR activities relating to employee rewards, compensation and benefits in Jaya Grocer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the employee medical insurance and outpatient benefit
• Act as the first point of contact for employee SOCSO benefit claims
• Assist with salary and benefit benchmarking
• Assist with annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus, and salary review exercise.
• Prepare compensation & benefits related reports/analysis as required
• Support on various compensation/ remuneration projects including the design, communication, and implementation of new plans and programs.
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

You should have:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business/Management or its equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR -C&B function.
• Strong in data analysis and reporting; Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Meticulous, proactive, and independent
• Able to work in a team with minimum supervision
