Job summary

AirAsia invites a commercially-driven Network Planning Executive (Philippines Focus) to lead route design, development and optimisation of our network to and from the Philippines.

You will support route evaluations, monitor performance, contribute to schedule planning, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Scheduling, Regulatory, Government Relations, Airport Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in aviation related fields, engineering, statistics, economics, or equivalent.
• Airline / Aviation experience is welcomed; fresh graduates considered; relevant experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of airline network planning, scheduling, revenue management, and related financial theory.

Responsibilities

• Support route evaluations and preliminary analysis on market demand, fares, competitor activity and costs.
• Assist in monitoring route performance with data on profitability, load factors and revenue trends.
• Contribute to schedule planning and prepare presentations for stakeholders; collaborate cross-functionally.
