Job summary

A well-known insurance company seeks an Executive, Marketing based at Melaka Branch, responsible for assisting Motor Franchise Holders and Dealers to enhance business growth. The role includes developing business opportunities, managing profitability, and conducting internal discussions on Motor Franchise issues. Candidates should have a degree or certification and a minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry. Fresh graduates with a passion for insurance marketing are also welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates with a passion for insurance marketing will also be considered.
  • Sound knowledge of insurance industry trend/practices.
  • Sound knowledge of Motor Franchise Holders & Car Dealer business.

  • Assist Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers and management to grow MFD business.

Executive, Marketing (Motor Franchise - Based at Melaka Branch)

Assist Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers (MFD) and the management to grow MFD business.

Assist in business planning and in developing propositions to support department strategies.

Develop business opportunities effectively, manage the channel with acceptable profitability of portfolio, improve productivity by monitoring KPI, such as GWP, Underwriting profit and penetration ratio of each brand and dealer respectively.

Business development, such as new dealer development, new Franchise scheme and re-construct the scheme continuously.

Attend any internal discussions related to Motor Franchise issues and business development.

Assist in contributing to implement and strengthen key processes and internal controls for the business.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.

Minimum one (1) year of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a passion for insurance marketing will also be considered.

A sales and performance driven individual with strong creative thinking and ability to create the right outcomes for the business.

Sound knowledge of insurance industry trend / practices.

Sound knowledge of Motor Franchise Holders & Car Dealer business in terms of Value Chain.

Effective in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).
