Job summary

Leading a high-performance team, you will oversee revenue growth, KPIs, governance, and risk management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and educational excellence in a dynamic, evolving sector.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at CEO/MD level.
• Experience leading and transforming education organizations.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's long-term vision, mission and strategic priorities.
• Develop sustainable growth strategies across existing and new education markets.
• Identify emerging opportunities in education, technology, learning models, and partnerships.
• Translate the organization's vision into clear business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and organizational performance.
• Establish and track KPIs across the organization.
• Champion educational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead governance, risk management and organizational development.
• Foster innovation and responsible use of technology.
