Job summary

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking an Executive, IT SAP SD to support daily operations, troubleshoot SAP SD issues, and analyze change requests. You will collaborate with the SAP team on ABAP tasks and contribute to testing and production transports.

The role involves participating in SAP rollout projects and coordinating with key users to ensure successful deployments. This position is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily operation support requests by business users via helpdesk (issue/service).
• Support and troubleshoot system bugs/issues in SAP SD.
• Study and analyse business change requests.
• Prepare functional specifications & coordinate with SAP technical team (ABAP).
• Perform unit, functional and system integration tests.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare transports to production.
• Participate in SAP rollout projects (BluePrint, UT/FT/SIT, coordinate with key user).

Responsibilities:

• 1) Response daily operation support raise by business user via helpdesk (issue/service)
• 2) Support & troubleshot system bug/issues
• 3) Study and analyse business change request
• 4) Prepare Function Specification & collaboration with SAP technical team (ABAP)
