Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. The role is to assist and delivery of HRRecruitment and Operations functionincluding recruitment activities and manpower planning in line with the Company's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist to oversee, coordinate and manage the Company’s entire recruitment process including but not limited to advertising, sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinate interview and preparation of offer packages.
- Arrange pre-employment medical check-up, work closely with third party service providers on employment reference checks and end to end administrative duties.
- Arrange for stamping and proper documentation of employment contracts in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Responsible for new employee on-boarding process and update databases for hiring and other staff movement.
- Assist in preparation of employees’ fixed term contracts, confirmation, transfer, resignation, extension and retirement letter.
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, including preparation of recruitment budgets, recruitment analysis, manpower planning in line with the Company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resource or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in recruitment and administration.
- Good communication skills, written & spoken.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good planning & organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Resourceful and pro-active in job responsibilities.
