Job Title Senior Executive, Human Capital Business Driver (HCBD)

Reports To Senior Manager, Human Capital Business Partner

Role Purpose

Execute strategic initiatives at BU supporting Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) in areas of Talent, Climate and Culture and track status progress. Perform role as liaison and coordinator for HCBP and stakeholders, to align with Group HC and support its direction and needs aligned to the Company

Key Accountability
  • Provide admin support in matters related to Organization Design, e.g. job requisition, job evaluation, structure change and manpower control. Coordinate related activities for recruitment process and promotion exercise. Gather data, insights, handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results
  • Coordinate Human Capital initiatives such as PMS, training requirements and budget, IR related matters, people engagement initiatives, employee welfare activities, work council matters, etc
  • Perform analysis for manpower statistics and cost. Track progress status of Human Capital initiatives. Explore productivity improvement and implementation of identified initiatives
  • Facilitate employee movement (transfer, probation, acting, secondment, unpaid leave, job assignment, prolong illness, etc). Be a catalyst of change towards Lean and agile in BU and provide insights in people related matters. Perform data analytics when necessary
  • Facilitate queries from employees and departments on Human Capital matters
Qualifications & Working Experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin or other related field with minimum of 1 year experience in related field OR
  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business Admin or other related field with minimum 3 years experience in related field
Personality Traits
  • Proficiency in both communicating and writing in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Customer oriented and time management skills
  • Well verse in Handbook and Policy
