Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities

• To compile a market remuneration report and make a comparison report against company benefits & an ad-hoc survey.
• To record benefit data in a timely manner and prepare relevant statistical data and reports.
• To analyze cost, number of applications etc to determine the effectiveness of benefits.
• To administer the benefits function in accordance with the Company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• To organize an awareness programme or event such as SOCSO Talk and Income Tax Awareness Talk to all employees.
• To arrange necessary meetings with Government Officers and to facilitate additional documents required by Government Officers.
• To ensure all policies & procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• To attend to employees on all matters connected to the C&B section.
• To Attend to administrative functions and hoc-projects as and when required.

Qualification / Competency

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-year experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
• Display maturity and command respect
• Possess a good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
