Job summary

Mulia Property Deveploment Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive - Governance, Risk Management to support policy review, compliance, and risk oversight across the organization.

You will analyze policies, perform risk assessments, develop governance frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of risks. A 3–5 year track record in governance, compliance or risk management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in governance, compliance, risk management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to review policies and SOPs for legal compliance.
• Collaborative with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review and analysis of policies and SOPs to ensure legal compliance and operational alignment.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments to uncover potential operational and legal vulnerabilities.
• Propose and implement practical solutions to enhance compliance.
• Support the standardisation and enhancement of governance and risk frameworks.

What You Bring
