If you think this opportunity is right for you, we encourage you to apply!**Job Description:****Responsibilities:*** ### Assist in maintaining land entities’ financial statements.* ### Responsible for accounts payable & receivables including but not limited to processing of invoice, payments, monitoring ageing reports and account reconciliation for accurate and timely reporting.* ### Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, tax related matters and variance analysis on expenditure versus approved budgets.* ### Assist in audit and compliance by preparing required documentation and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory standards.* ### Assist in preparing financial reports and dashboards.* ### Beyond operations, provide financial support for projects and business initiatives, including cost evaluation and feasibility analysis, while working closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.* ### Other tasks as and when required.**Requirements:*** ### Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CIMA etc).* ### 1 to 2 years relevant working experience is an advantage.* ### Experience in external audits is an added advantage.* ### Experience in the Land and Property Development Industry is an added advantage.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
