Job summary

Monash University Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Employee Engagement to enhance workplace culture by coordinating engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and Employer Brand activities. You will also provide operational HR support, assisting with routine policy guidance and staff queries.

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations, the role requires you to address selection criteria and join a collaborative, inclusive team at the Main Campus.

Qualifications
