Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a discreet and reliable Personal Driver to support the Managing Director in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. You will drive to offices, meetings, events, airports and other destinations, while ensuring confidentiality and high safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in executive transport, a clean Class D licence, excellent knowledge of local routes, defensive driving, and flexible hours including early mornings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class D Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal/exec driver.
• Experience serving senior managers or executives preferred.
• Knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor road networks.
• Defensive driving and road safety knowledge.
• Discrete, trustworthy and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, reliable and punctual transportation to the Managing Director for business and personal engagements.
• Drive the Managing Director to and from the office, meetings, events, site visits, airports and other designated destinations.
• Plan and monitor travel routes considering traffic and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling business matters.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained and ensure routine service checks.
• Assist with security awareness and adapt to urgent or emergency movements as required.
• Maintain records of expenses such as fuel, tolls and parking when needed.
