Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Driver Cum Personal Assistant to support the Director with safe transport and confidential administrative tasks. The role requires punctual, trustworthy, and discreet applicants who can manage schedules, run errands, and handle ad-hoc assignments, including after-hours work when needed.

Experience as a personal driver or PA, a valid driving license, and good communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a personal driver or personal assistant.
• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Status must be single
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Director to meetings, appointments, events, and other official or personal destinations.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Plan driving routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.
• Assist the Director with daily administrative and personal tasks when required.
• Handle document collection, delivery, and other dispatch duties.
• Manage schedules, reminders, and appointments as assigned by the Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and personal matters.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments from the Director or Management.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
