• Minimum 1 year experience as personal driver.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur the superior to and from appointments as directed from time to time in a timely manner.
• Transport products, materials, documents and staff securely to areas where they are needed
• Guarantee that documents and staff are protected and secured
• Drive and operate the assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Follow and comply with all the road and traffic rules at all times.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
• Perform minor general maintenance and / or servicing task on the vehicle on regular basis.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician
• Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
• Keep a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
• Perform some other undertakings like shopping, dropping and picking clothing, getting lunch, and running errands
• Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle demands
• Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
