Job summary

Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Distribution (6 months contract) to support daily customs and distribution activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting. You will coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations and compliant processes.

The role involves preparing customs and excise reports, maintaining records, and assisting with license renewals and product registrations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly customs reports to authorities and stakeholders.
  • Maintain records and filing of customs-related documents for audits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers for required customs docs.
  • Submit excise duty declarations through the customs portal, on time and accurately.
  • Reconcile monthly customs and excise reports with Finance and Customs records.
  • Assist in renewing customs licenses, permits, and certificates.
  • Support submission of new product information to Customs for registration and approval.
  • Assist Logistics with data entry and report preparation as needed.

Executive, Distribution (6 months contract)

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive, Distribution. The role is responsible for supporting daily customs and distribution activities by ensuring the accurate preparation of customs documentation, compiling, timely submission of monthly customs reports, and effective coordination of delivery planning. The incumbent will also ensure sales orders are processed accurately and fulfilled on time while maintaining compliance with customs regulations, supporting efficient logistics operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative and operational processes.


What you’ll be doing



  • Compile, prepare, and submit monthly customs reports to the relevant authorities and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing of customs-related documentation for audit and reference purposes.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to obtain and follow up on required customs documentation.

  • Prepare and submit excise duty declarations through the designated customs portal, ensuring timely and accurate filing.

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of customs and excise reports with the Finance Department and Customs records to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Perform daily reconciliation excise duty report with in-houses and external custom.

  • Assist in the renewal of customs-related licenses, permits, and certificates, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met before expiry.

  • Support the submission of new product information and required documentation to Customs for product registration, classification, and approval.

  • Support the Logistic team in administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, report preparation asassigned.

  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:



  • With a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution will be an added advantage.
