Responsible for managing and handling customer interactions to ensure efficient, effective, and excellent customer service throughout the logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Export FCL, LCL, and Air Freight bookings in accordance with customer SOP and service requirements.
- Coordinate and arrange Container Trucking for cargo pick-up and delivery.
- Ensure all bookings are submitted accurately and on time to carriers, co-loaders, and service providers.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including booking confirmations, shipping instructions, and other related documents.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Liaise closely with carriers, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with booking and shipment information to meet KPI deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Possess working experience and knowledge in shipping & Logistics / Ocean Freight-Forwarding / Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in Air‑Freight export, LCL export, (Internal) Costing, Cost‑capturing and (External) Billing, Invoicing to customer and The CCP are added advantages.
