JOB RESPONSIBIITIES
- Work collaboratively with IT, business partners and vendors to support and enhance financial applications effectively and efficiently.
- Providing technical guidance and support to users on application functionalities and workflows.
- Perform first level impact assessment, evaluate the feasibility of change requests.
- Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows and decisioning rules.
- Follow up closely with vendors and system providers in resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users and conduct UAT on fixes and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in application processes.
Experience/Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information System, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loan processing, or financial systems support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to assist en users, troubleshooting and resolving application errors or workflow issues.
- Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously.
- Experience in SQL, credit or collection systems is an advantage.
